If you’re looking for a great keiki beach that’s safe for infants and toddlers, then Baby Beach on Maui’s west side is for you. The protective reef that surrounds the beach gives it a shallow depth and gentle waves. The views of Lanai and Molokai are great as well. And best of all, the beach is minutes from Lahaina’s shopping district. Since there’s only off-street parking available, finding a place to park can sometime be a problem. So try to get there early, and then grab some lunch in Lahaina town.
You can usually find parking near the intersection of Kenui Street and Front Street. Then make your way across Front Street to Kai Pali Place, and look for the blue “Beach Access” sign.
